For 20 years our Farm cultivates with biologic and traditional method certificated by the control organization “Suolo e Salute” and by the organization for biologic cultivation of Europe Community.

We produce different fruits like hazel-nuts, walnuts, almonds and chestnuts. All this fruit are used for our typical and special cakes and jams, and our classic hazel-nut and almond parfait. Nature, the geographical position of the soil, the climate, makes this area one of the best and favour the cultivation of citrus fruit, cherries, apples, strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant used to make our cakes, jam, parfaits and raspberry wine.

This little fruit have particular and beneficial property.

Farm Le Rocche devotes its deepest cure to olive groves and distinguishes itself by its deep sense of tradition, respect for environment.

All our vegetables derive from our market garden cultivate with biologic method.

All our dishes are cooked with traditional and beneficial method respecting hygienic standards.
